February 21 - March 17, 2025

Companies must complete the action items below in Swift before 8 a.m. CST on Monday, March 17, 2025.

  1. Enable the base products via Self-Authorization.

    • A78 PREM 7.8 RVP

    • V78 SUB OCT UNL

  2. Enable the generic, custom product codes for the above base products via Self Authorizations.

    • The Product Services team provides the codes after you enroll on the website.

  3. Authorize Suppliers to load via Supplier Authorizations.

  4. If applicable, Suppliers must edit the Authorization Sequencing sequence.

  5. Edit an existing Customer Authorization to add the A78 and V78 products. 

  6. Any TABS authorizations and new PIDX codes should be handled and communicated directly with DTN.

March 17, 2025
  • Gasoline inventories at 7.8-pound designated terminals will be regraded to the 7.8-pound product grade.

  • Implementation of a V78* and A78* minimum and maximum.

    • *New product codes designated for 7.8-pound gasolines.

May 1, 2025
  •  All existing V78 and A78 inventory with a high RVP origin tag needs to be removed from the system.
